Primarily, we portray combat engineers and infantrymen of the 32nd Infantry Division on New Guinea c. 1942-1944 in the PTO. We fall in under a larger conglomerate known as the Pacific Operations Group for several events which includes Marines Corps and Navy personnel. We focus on the early war years on New Guinea particularly the Battle of Buna, an often forgotten campaign of the war. Also, several of our members have portrayed elements of the 25th Infantry Division on Guadalcanal c. 1942/1943. Many of our members gained their reenacting experience with other groups at public events and tacticals set in the ETO, so we have expanded into the ETO ourselves. Several of our experienced members are also active within reenacting groups that portray elements of the 1st & 4th Infantry Divisions, with the greatest affiliation being with the "Furious Fourth". Eventually, we hope to include the 106th Infantry Division within our expertise as well. Portrayal of the 106th Infantry Division will focus on motor pool elements and replacements, who were inexperienced troops at the time of the Battle of the Bulge. Also in the realm of the ETO and our future plans, we plan to portray a select "high number" division at approximately one event per year. These would include 71st through 106th Infantry Divisions. These divisions are often overlooked in the living history community and offer the opportunity to portray units that no other groups reenact. Enjoy photos from various past events below!
